Organizational status

The Internal Revenue Service recognized The Sentio Foundation as exempt under Section 501(c)(3) in a determination letter dated September 30, 2025, effective June 30, 2025. The letter classifies the organization as a public charity under Section 170(b)(1)(A)(vi).

Governance and financial information

Public leadership information, governing materials and financial reports will be added as they are approved for publication. This site does not presently publish financial performance or impact totals.

Mission-first relationships

The Foundation’s public site describes its mission and opportunities for engagement. It does not grant access to private records or authority to act for affiliated organizations.
